Booking & pricing
What's the best way to reach you?
Email is best: hello@timelesstouchclean.com. Send your address, home size and move-out date and we'll reply with a price. You can also call or text (910) 548-5536, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM.
How is my price set?
By your home's size and condition. Use the free estimate to see a starting price, leave your address, and we'll look up the square footage and confirm your exact price before any work starts.
Do you charge travel fees?
No. Same price anywhere from Richlands to Holly Ridge, on base or off, including the island.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially during summer PCS season. Once you have your inspection date, send it to us and we'll schedule around it.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. All cleaning products and equipment are included in every price.
Move-out cleans
Can you clean to my apartment complex's move-out checklist?
Yes. Send us your complex's move-out checklist or inspection sheet when you book and we'll clean to it item by item.
Do you clean base housing for PCS moves?
Yes. Base housing and off-base rentals both. We clean to the inspection checklist, from the oven racks to the window tracks, so you can focus on packing out.
Does the home need to be empty?
For a move-out clean, yes, or close to it. Once furniture and boxes are out we can reach inside every cabinet, closet and corner. Water and power need to be on.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many move-out clients leave a key or code. Just let us know how to get in and when the inspection is.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we'll come back to take care of it.
Recurring cleans
Do you offer weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning?
Yes. Pick how often on the estimate form. Recurring visits follow the same checklist every time.
Do you clean around pets?
Yes. Let us know about pets in the notes when you book so we can plan for them.
Property managers & realtors
Do you work with property managers and realtors?
Yes. Ask about flat per-unit rates for regular turnovers and listing cleans, with photos and an invoice for every job.
Can you handle turnovers on a tight schedule?
Email us your move-out and move-in dates and the unit details. We'll tell you what we can fit before you commit.
